Billing Contact

The Billing Contact is the primary account holder.

AOL allows two people to manage an account -- the Primary Billing Contact (BC) and the Secondary Billing Contact (SBC). The SBC can do everything the BC can, except changing the payment method since that will inherently change the BC on the account.


However, this verification is minimally enforced; users can sign onto the account, answer the ASQ and anyone can change the account details from there with no method the original account holder can restore their account.
